Psalm 144:1 is a song inspired by a bible verse I read while incarcerated in the SC DEPT OF CORRECTIONS. This verse led me to the understanding that everything happens for a reason and it was a part of a molding process that God was putting me through. That moment in my incarceration sparked the lyrics to this song and was a source of strength to endure throughout my incarceration. “God corrects those whom he loves.”
