This song is a self produced project that I spent a great deal of time working on. The song is about showing the mental conflicts of a person who struggles anxiety, depression, addiction, etc.. It’s essentially me having a conversation with myself. Trying to calm yourself down when in a manic state, trying to find the right coping mechanisms and showing how sometimes people (myself included) don’t always choose the right ones.
